I followed the Quick Trim system as they informed me when I bought it. I did the fast cleanse 2 day cleanse system which cleaned me out, lost a little but nothing much but felt cleanse out. Fast Cleanse might have been a little to much as far mar as cleansing as it really cleaned me out. I then did the 2 week Quick Trim Burn and Cleanse for, the Burn part was good the cleanse and flush again was really intense but I called the store and they said that was a good thing even though I felt like this cleanse was too much. After the 2 days and then the 2 week program I started the Quick Trim Extreme Burn and that is when I started liking the program. The extreme burn worked great, it gave me energy, stamina, strength and YES I lost weight. In 45 days since starting the product I lost a total of 15 pounds but everyone says that I look like I changed my body even more than the weight loss since I have added more toned muscle as well as lost weight. Overall I feel good and think I look great. I recommend doing the 3 products only to those who are strong and can handle the cleanse and detox part as that was pretty intense if you can handle it. Oherwise maybe don't try all the Quick Trim products but maybe only one like the Fast Cleanse or Extreme Burn, to see if you can handle that. Hope you get results like me or the results you want.

I could only stay on the program for a week. It made me feel sick everyday taking those pills. When I decided to stop taking them is when my problems began. I was going through what they call 'caffeine withdrawls' I was sick to my stomach with a migraine from hell for 3 straight days.
